Shrimp with Chili Sauce エビチリ

Serves: 2 - 3
- 20 shrimps
- ½ long green onion
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp starch
- 1 tsp tobanjyan
- 1 knob garlic
- 1 knob ginger
- For Sauce:
- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp granules chicken soup stock
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1½ starch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Remove the shell of shrimp and de-vein. Sprinkle the starch and salt and knead well. Wash the shrimp cold water and drain. Put the shrimps in a bowl, and add the sake, sesame oil, starch, salt and pepper and mix well. Set aside.
- Cut the long green onion, garlic, and ginger into finely chop Place the all ingredients of sauce into a bowl and mix well.
- Boil the shrimps in added oil ( 1 tbsp.) water, and drain.
- Heat the oil into a frying pan, add the garlic, ginger, and long green onion and fry over a low heat. When it becomes to good smell, add the tobanjyan and fry.
- Add the Ingredients of sauce, and when it becomes to boiling, add the shrimp and toss together.
