Seasoned Tuna with Avocados まぐろとアボカドの漬け
 
 
Thursday's recipe on Cooking Japanese Style is a great summer dish for lunch or dinner for the family called Seasoned Tuna with Avocado or まぐろとアボカドの漬け in Japanese. Very easy to make, less than 10 mins and very tasty. Enjoy and we will see you all here tomorrow.

Ingredients
  • 150g tuna
  • ½ green onion
  • 1 avocado
  • 1½ tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 1 tbsp mirin
Instructions
  1. Cut the tuna into bite-size pieces. Cut the green onion using the edge cut technique.
  2. Combine the soy sauce, sake and mirin in a bowl, and mix. Add the tuna and green onion, soaked in the sauce. Cover the bowl with wrap, and let stand for 5-10 min in a fridge.
  3. Peel the avocado and cut it into cube pieces, add it into a tuna's bowl and tossing well.
  4. Serve with wasabi your taste.
