Cheese Fritter with Fresh ham and Avocado アボカドと生ハムのチーズフリット

Serves: 2 - 3
- 6 pieces fresh hams
- 1 avocado, peel and remove the seed, cut it into 6 equal pieces
- 90g shred cheese
- salt and pepper
- vegetable oil for deep fry
- For Batter:
- 30g flour
- 10g cheese powder
- 80cc beer
- Put the fresh ham on a cutting board. Put the avocado on a each fresh ham and sprinkle the salt and pepper. Put the shred cheese on top of the avocado, and roll.
- Combine the ingredients of the batter in a bowl, and mix well.
- Heat the oil at 175℃, deep- frying while coating the rolled avocados with batter for about 2-3 min.
