Fried Beef with Hot Spicy Tomato Sauce 牛肉の辛味トマトソース

- 150g sliced beef
- 1 eringi mushroom
- 1 red paprika
- 4 Japanese green chili
- ½ tomato
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ knob garlic
- 1 red chili
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp white wine
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp mirin
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- pepper
- Cut the beef into bite size pieces. Cut the eringi mushroom and paprika into thinly slice and Japanese chili in half size, and tomato into bite- size pieces. Cut the garlic and red chili into finely chop.
- Heat the olive oil, red chili, and garlic in a frying pan, when the garlic become to good smell, add the curry powder and eringi mushroom and fry. Add the white wine, paprika, beef, and Japanese green chili in this order. Season with salt.
- Add the tomatoes, mirin, and soy sauce and fry briefly. Sprinkle the pepper.
