Ingredients
  • 2 portion cooked brown rice
  • 1 clove garlic, cut into mince
  • 1½ tbsp sesame oil
  • salted- konbu kelp (SHIO-KONBU)
Instructions
  1. Place the sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan, and preheat to over a medium heat.
  2. When it starts to smell good, add the cooked brown rice and stir-fry well, then add the SHIO-KONBU and stir-fry briefly. Arrange it in a plate, serve immediately.
