Cucumber and Deep-Fried Tofu Salad キュウリと厚揚げのサラダ

- 1 cucumber
- 1 deep- fried tofu
- ½ tsp grind garlic
- ½ tsp grind ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp to-ban jyan
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- Roll the cucumber on a cutting board dusted with salt, and batting with rolling pin briefly, and cut it into bite-size piece.
- Cut the deep fried tofu into 2㎝ cube pieces and boil for 2-3 min, and drain.
- Put the cucumber and deep fried tofu into a bowl. Add the grind garlic and grind ginger and toss, add the soy sauce, sugar,and to-ban jyan, and toss. Heat the sesame oil and pour all over and toss.
