Cucumber and Deep-Fried Tofu Salad キュウリと厚揚げのサラダ

Ingredients
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 deep- fried tofu
  • ½ tsp grind garlic
  • ½ tsp grind ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp to-ban jyan
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
  1. Roll the cucumber on a cutting board dusted with salt, and batting with rolling pin briefly, and cut it into bite-size piece.
  2. Cut the deep fried tofu into 2㎝ cube pieces and boil for 2-3 min, and drain.
  3. Put the cucumber and deep fried tofu into a bowl. Add the grind garlic and grind ginger and toss, add the soy sauce, sugar,and to-ban jyan, and toss. Heat the sesame oil and pour all over and toss.
