Simmered Chicken Meat Ball and Beans noodles 鶏だんごと春雨の煮物

Serves: 2
- 200g chicken ground meat
- ⅕ bunch MIZUNA
- ½ beaten egg
- 1 tsp ginger juice
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp starch
- salt
- 40g beans noodles
- 2 cup water
- 1 tsp granules chicken soup stock
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 soy sauce
- ½ tsp starch
- Wash the MIZUNA and chop off the ends of MIZUNA, and cut into 3 ㎝ pieces
- Put the ground meat chicken, beaten egg, ginger juice, sake, starch, soy sauce, and salt and mix well and shape the ball. Boil the chicken meat ball. Boil the beans noodles and drain.
- Put the water, granules chicken soup stock, mirin, soy sauce, starch ,and salt into a pot, and bring to the boil. Add the meat balls and beans noodles and simmer for 2-3min, Add the MIZUNA and turn off the heat.
