Tuna Saute with Butter Soy Sauce まぐろのバターしょうゆソテー
 
 
Well, back to the kitchen. Today’s Japanese Recipe here on Cooking Japanese Cooking is a dish called Tuna Saute with Butter Soy Sauce or まぐろのバターしょうゆソテー in Japanese. My hubby has brought some fresh tuna from the fish market and the delicious was made from it. I hope you enjoy making this recipe and we will see you all tomorrow. Keep on Cooking!!

Ingredients
  • 1 Fillet Tuna (for SASHIMI)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Flour
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 30 g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
Instructions
  1. Cut the tuna in half. Sprinkle the salt and pepper and dust to flour. Cut the garlic into thinly slice.
  2. Heat the oil into a frying pan, fry the garlic and sauté the tuna until golden brown. Arrange it on dish.
  3. Put the butter, soy sauce, and sugar into a same frying pan, make to sauce, and pour all over on top of the tuna.
