Cold Pasta with Tomato and Basil トマトとバジルの冷製パスタ

Serves: 2
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 medium size fruit tomato
- 6 leaves basil
- 40g sliced bacon
- 4 pieces black olive
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ¼ lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- pinch of sugar
- Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, and basil, black olive into chop. Cut the bacon into strips and fry until crispy.
- Place the tomatoes, basil, black olive, and fried bacon into a bowl. Add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, loon juice, sugar, salt and pepper and mix well. Let stand cool in refrigerator.
- Boil the spaghetti in ample with salt and rinse in running water and drain well.
- Boiled spaghetti and Dressing sauce together and toss.
