Diet Recipe#3 Miso Soup with Shimeji mushroom しめじのみそ汁

- ½ pack Shimeji mushroom
- 10㎝ long green onion
- 300cc dashi stock
- 2 tsp miso
- Cut off the stem of shimeji mushroom and divided them into small group.
- Cut the long green onion into chop
- Bring to the boiling to dash stock, add the Shimeji mushroom and simmer until cooked, and add the long green onion and turn off the heat.
- Add the miso and mix well.
