Diet Recipe#3 Miso Soup with Shimeji mushroom しめじのみそ汁
 
 
Well, back to our recipe of the day on Cooking Japanese Style is dish called Miso Soup with Shimeji Mushrooms or しめじのみそ汁 in Japanese. This is very simple to make and very healthy. Our family has this every day, it’s like having your morning coffee everyday. Enjoy and we will see you all tomorrow, oh one thing my hubby will have the Restaurant Review will be up tonight.

Ingredients
  • ½ pack Shimeji mushroom
  • 10㎝ long green onion
  • 300cc dashi stock
  • 2 tsp miso
Instructions
  1. Cut off the stem of shimeji mushroom and divided them into small group.
  2. Cut the long green onion into chop
  3. Bring to the boiling to dash stock, add the Shimeji mushroom and simmer until cooked, and add the long green onion and turn off the heat.
  4. Add the miso and mix well.
