Spaghetti with Prawn and Vegetables 小エビと野菜のスパゲティ

Serves: 2
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 50 g Prawn
- 1 tbsp Starch for Prawn
- 1 Eggplant
- ¼ Onion
- 2 Green Pepper
- 3 Midi Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Spaghetti Sauce (Granules, selled in store)
- 100cc Water for Sauce
- Cut the all vegetables into thinly slice.
- Remove the shell of prawn and de-vein. Put the prawn into a small bowl, add the pinch of salt and starch and mix well. Let stand for 5min. Then, wash the prawn in running water and drain. Wipe with paper towel.
- Heat the olive oil into a frying pan, add the prawn and cook briefly and remove it other plate, set aside. Put the vegetables into a same frying pan, and fry, when they are cooked, return the prawn.
- Turn off the heat, add the granules sauce mix and water, then turn on the heat again, cook to 2-3 min.
- Boil the spaghetti in ample water with salt and drain. Add the Spaghetti into a frying pan, tossing well.
