Butter Milk Pancake バターミルクパンケーキ

Serves: 3 ~ 4
- 2 Eggs
- 250cc Milk
- 125cc Plain Yogurt
- Butter Milk" is not popular in Japan, and doesn't sell in typical supermarket. We can't buy them in Japan, so use with milk and plain yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- 3 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
- 190 grams Flour
- 1½ teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
- Preparation: Melt the unsalted butter, and sift the dried ingredients( flour, baking powder, and baking soda)
- Drop the egg into a bowl, and beat. Add the milk, yogurt, sugar, and salt and mix well.
- Add the dried ingredients and butter and mix until smooth.
- Heat the frying pan a medium low heat, and cook the pancake mixture.
- Serve with butter and maple syrup or honey.
