French Toast with Baguette フランスパンのフレンチトースト
 
 
Wow, I forgot to say what the dish is, French Toast with Baguette or フランスパンのフレンチトースト in Japanese. We both love French toast so this post is for her, Omedetto Masaiyo. I will go and visit her this afternoon, we will see you all here tomorrow. Keep on Cooking!!

Serves: 2
Ingredients
  • 4 Slice large size Baguette (hardened leftover baguette)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extra
  • 200 cc Milk
  • 15 g Butter
Instructions
  1. Drop the eggs into a large bowl and beat, add the sugar, milk, and vanilla extra and mix well. Soak the baguette in a egg mixture, let stand for about 30 min ( or leave overnight to make the night before in refrigerator)
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan, and cook the baguette until golden brown with both side.
  3. Arrange on a plate, serve with butter or maple syrup your taste.
