This Makes a really great summer dish as well as very Healthy one. With only 450 calories per serving and simple to make, this makes a nice lunch or dinner menu for you and the family.

Ingredients
  • 60 grams Fresh Crab Meat or Imitation Crab
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 pack Radish Sprouts
  • 140 grams Dried Japanese Soba Noodles
  • 2 tablespoon MEN-TSUYU( for soba noodles, selled in store)
  • 4 tablespoon Water
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • Pepper
Instructions
  1. Break the imitation crab into easy -to- eat pieces. Cut the cucumber into strips, and cut off the stem of radish sprouts.
  2. Make the scrambles egg. Put the mentsuyu into a bowl, add the olive oil, water, and pepper and mix well. Set aside
  3. Boil the Japanese soba noodles and when it boiled, drain and wash the running water.
  4. Arrange the all ingredients, pour the dressing all over. Garnish with seven spice Japanese chili your taste.
