Here's a very delicious Japanese Style dish called Sweet Rice with Bacon and Mushroom or ベーコンとマッシュルームのおこわ in Japanese. If you would like to spice up your rice in a tasty style way, then you should try this one out. It may look like there's a lot to do be it's very easy to make. Enjoy and Keep on Cooking..

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1cup Rice for MOCHI( rice cake)
  • 170 cc Water
  • 1 tsp Granules Chicken Soup Stock
  • 2 tbsp Japanese Sake
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 100g Bacon
  • 1 Celery
  • 1 Small Size Red Paprika
  • 4 Mushrooms
  • ½ tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ⅓ tsp Pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine the rice and rice for MOCHI, and wash together and drain, before cook the rice about 30 minute.
  2. Cut the bacon, celery, and paprika, into chop, mushroom into slice. Heat the oil into a frying pan, fry the bacon. And transfer to other dish. Add the celery, paprika, and mushrooms in a same frying pan, and fry. And set aside.
  3. Place the washed rice in a rice cooker, add the water, granules chicken soup stock, sake, mirin, salt, and bacon, then cook the rice.
  4. When it cooked, add the fried celery, paprika, and mushrooms and mix. seasoning salt and pepper.
