Here's Another Diet Recipe That I used to eat when I had to lose my 3kg. Very light, delicious, and simple to make. I'd used fresh tuna for it's taste of freshness, but if you can't get fresh tuna pre-frozen is fine for this dish. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 200g Tuna for Sashimi
  • ½ Avocado
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • ½ Lemon
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • Basil Leaf and Lemon for Garnish
Instructions
  1. Cut the tuna and avocado into chop roughing and each seasoning with salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.
  2. Place the circle on plate, put the avocado in so that circle, and put the tuna on top of avocado tightly, then remove the circle. Garnish with basil and lemon, your taste.
