Today's Recipe here on Cooking Japanese Style is another Diet Recipe called Moon Sprouts Bowl or 月見もやし丼 in Japanese. This was another simple diet dish I tried, when I was on my diet program I did a couple weeks ago. Very Tasty and simple to make, I didn't eat much rice during my diet. But on this day I wanted to eat a little rice so I made this Sprouts bowl. Enjoy and Keep on Cooking!!

Ingredients
  • 1 pack Sprouts
  • 2 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 portion Cooked Rice
  • 2 Egg yoke
  • ½ Spring Onion, cut into chop
  • Japanese Seven Spice Chili (your taste)
Instructions
  1. Wash the sprouts, and drain.
  2. Heat the sesame oil into a frying pan, add the Sprouts, sugar, and soy sauce fry for about 3 minute.
  3. Put the cooked rice in a bowl, Put the sprouts on the rice and so that a little hollow in the middle and put the egg york in hollow.
  4. Topping with spring onion and Japanese sevens spice chili.
