Beef Bowl with YOSHINOYA Style 吉野家風牛丼

Serves: 2 - 3
- 300g Thinly Sliced Beef
- ½ Onion
- 2 tsp Grated Ginger
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Light Color Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp Sake
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Granules Dashi Stock
- 400 cc Water
- Cut the onion into thinly slice, and the beef into bite-pieces.
- Boil the water, and add the granules dash stock. When it become to the boil, add the onion and simmer for 2-3 minute.
- Add the beef and simmer for about 10 minute with lid.
- Add the ginger and simmer for about 1 minute.
