Here on Cooking Japanese Style we have a recipe called Pork Pikata Salad or ポークピカタサラダ in Japanese. You can eat this dish as a Main Dish or a salad to compliment a Main Dish. I made this 2 days ago and we had this as our main dish. It's been a while since I made this for the family and it's very delicious and simple to make. I have also added the dressing recipe for this dish too. Enjoy and Keep on Cooking.
