Hello everyone, today Japanese recipe is Vinegar Rice. It's pretty hard to make so I tried to add detailed photos for the recipe. This is one of Japanese traditional dishes made during a special holiday or event. This is just a basic recipe with just vinegar; we usually add other ingredients to this sushi rice dish. But I want wanted to share the basic first before I share, the other recipes. This is just to get an idea what the basics are. I will post this week other recipes about sushi rice. So let's get started what we need to get started.
