Sushi: Making Nigiri-Sushi
 
 
Here's how to make Japanese Nigiri-Sushi. This may take some practice as it's not so easy as it looks. So take your time and have fun with the kids this summer making sushi. Since the kids are on summer vacation now we plan to make this on the weekend, cause the hubby is also on vacation from work. Ingredients
  • sushi rice, cooked with 2cup rice
  • 6 shrimps
  • 6 slice tuna
  • 6 slice sea bream
  • 6 slices squid
  • * you can use your favorite fish or any food*
  • grated wasabi (horseradish)
  • soy sauce
  • sweet vinegar ginger
  • "tezu" ( water and vinegar)
