Serves: 2
Ingredients
  • 350 g of chicken thighs boneless with skin
  • 11/2 cup of shoyu sauce
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
Instructions
  1. Get your frying pan with the stove at medium high, add your shoyu sauce, brown sugar, water, and grated ginger. Mix the brown sugar around until dissolve in the sauce.
  2. When the sauce is hot enough add your chicken into the pan and cook for 15 minutes on each side depending on your stove. I usually cook for 10 minutes on one side then flip over for 10 minutes then 5 minutes again on each side. The longer you cook the chicken in the sauce you will have the chicken nice and soft and breaking apart.
  3. You done serve on plate with some salad and rice.
  4. Note: You can also cook this with chicken on the bone. After cooking the meat will fall off the bone and melt in your mouth.
