Here's a recipe for Japanese Mayonnaise. This is great to have around or make when you realize that you don't have regular mayonnaise. Easy to make and ready in minutes.

Ingredients
3 egg yolks
1 tsp of Japanese mustard
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 clove of garlic (crushed)
2 cups of light vegetable oil
salt and pepper (your preference)
Instructions
Add the mustard, eggs, salt, pepper, lime juice, and crushed garlic in a bowl and mix until light and smooth.
Then add the oil gradually while still mixing, until the mayonnaise becomes thick.
Now you are done, if you have a empty jar you can use this for a later use and put it in the refrigerator.
