In a large bowl, add chicken hamburger, chopped onions, miso, soy sauce, potato starch, salt, and pepper. Make sure to mix all the ingredients well.
Grab small portions of the hamburger and 1 shiso leave. Wrap the shiso leave around the hamburger like a taco and do that to the rest of hamburger.
Pre-heat your stove to med and when ready add your hamburger pieces fry each side for 2 minutes. Then turn down the heat to medium-low. cover the frying pan and cook for 6 minutes.
All done and ready to server.
