- 1 can corn, whole type
- 10g pickled red ginger, cut into thinly strips
- 2 tbsp black sesame
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp flour
- a little of salt
- vegetable oil for deep-fry
- Combine the whole corn, pickled red ginger and black sesame in a bowl.
- Add the potato starch, flour and little of salt and mixing, add the water gradually and mix until stickily.
- Preheat oil to 170℃ and deep-fry with bite-size until crispy.
- Arrange the corn fritter a plate and garnish with salt.

These sound really good. Corn makes some good recipes. I’ve made some interesting recipes using corn.
