Good morning everyone, another week has come and gone. It seems to be a long week too, maybe cause it rained for the pass 2 days.
- 150g prawn
- 250g potatoes
- ¼ onion
- 75g ground meat with pork beef
- ¼ salt tsp
- a little of pepper
- ½ tbsp condensed milk
- ⅙ cup fresh cream
- For batter
- A:
- 5 tbsp flour
- 1 beaten egg
- ¼ cup water
- flour for coating
- bread crumb
- ☆ vegetable oil for deep-fry
- Peel the potatoes and cut into 4 equal pieces and boil until tender and drain, transfer into a bowl, and mash while still hot. Cut the onion into finely chop.
- De-vein the prawn and cut into 1㎝ wide pieces.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan; add the onion and fry until soften. Add the ground meat and prawn, salt and pepper and fry an over a high heat. When it cooked, add it into mashed potatoes. Add the condensed milk and fresh cream and mix well and spread on a tray. Let stand cool.
- Divide the potatoes into 6 equal portion and form oval shape.
- Combine the ingredients of “A” (flour, beaten egg, and water) in a bowl. Coating the flour, “A” mixture, and bread crumb and deep- fry then until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve with shredded cabbage and sauce.
