Kaeshi(Special Blend of Soy Sauce)

Recipe type: Sauce
- 1 cup of mirin (sweetened Japanese sake)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 liter of soy sauce
- empty bottle of container you want to keep the kaeshi in.
- First add the entire ingredient into a pot so that we can boil it. It is done when you start to see little tiny bubble boiling up. Turn the heat off and let it cool down for a couple hours before adding it to your bottle or container.
