- 12 chicken wing tip
- vegetable oil for deep- frying
- pepper and sesame
- For Season sauce:
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- pepper
- grated garlic
- Combine the sake, soy sauce, mirin, pepper and grated garlic and put them into a bowl. Place the chicken wing into that bowl and let stand for 20-30 min.
- Wipe excess moisture away from the chicken with paper towel and deep fry in oil at 170℃, for about 10 min. (Until crispy)
- When cooked chicken, sprinkle the pepper and sesame.
