Baked Apple with Cinnamon シナモン焼きりんご
Recipe type: Dessert
Serves: 2

  • 2 apples
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 180cc apple juice
  • For filling:
  • 40g non salted butter
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 biscuit

  1. Remove the stem of apple and cut in half into wide. Then take off the core.
  2. Make to filling: Place the butter, brown sugar and biscuit while crush with your hand, and mix well.
  3. Stuffing the filling into a bottom part of apple, and put on other apple. and put into the cinnamon stick on top of apple.
  4. Place the apples on a oven sheet and pour the apple juice all over. Bake in the oven (180℃) for about 40 min.
