Fresh Spring Roll 生春巻き

Serves: 2

  • 2 sheets rice paper
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 cucumber
  • 4 leaves sunny lettuce
  • 100g can of crab meat
  • mayonnaise
  • soy sauce, wasabi

  1. Soak the rice paper in a water to soften. Cut the avocado and cucumber into strip pieces. Combine the crab meat and mayonnaise and toss.
  2. Put the lettuce, avocado, cucumber, and crab on a rice paper and rolling. Cut the spring roll and place it on a plate.
  3. Combine the mayonnaise, soy sauce and wasabi in a bowl( quantity of your taste) and mix. Serve with sauce
