- 2 apples
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 180cc apple juice
- For filling:
- 40g non salted butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 biscuit
- Remove the stem of apple and cut in half into wide. Then take off the core.
- Make to filling: Place the butter, brown sugar and biscuit while crush with your hand, and mix well.
- Stuffing the filling into a bottom part of apple, and put on other apple. and put into the cinnamon stick on top of apple.
- Place the apples on a oven sheet and pour the apple juice all over. Bake in the oven (180℃) for about 40 min.
Apple is one of my favorite fruit and I like every dish which has apple in it.This is something different combination of apple with cinnamon and I am going to try it in this weekend.
