Tofu Salad

  • ½ block of tofu
  • 2 cucumbers
  • Cut Laver “add the amount to your taste buds” (Dried Seaweed) uploaded photo below.
  • soy sauce dressing “add the amount to your taste buds”

  1. First wrap the tofu with a paper towel, to take out the water.
  2. Next peel and slice the cucumber slice the cucumber into thinly and diagonally after small cuts. Add the tofu into a dish and add the cucumbers and cut laver on top of tofu.
  3. Now add the soy sauce dressing and there you are done. Hope you enjoy both the soy sauce dressing and the tofu salad.
