Feta Tomato Omelet

Here’s a recipe called “Feta Cheese Omelets. It’s usually not a Japanese morning style breakfast. Made mostly for dinner, but you can have it in the morning if you prefer.
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tomato
  • feta cheese (enough for your liking)
  • E.V. olive oil (enough for your liking)
  • fresh cream (enough for your liking)
  • salt and pepper (enough for your liking)
  • tomato sauce (enough for your liking)
  • note: I use “enough for your liking”, due to many of us have different taste buds. So try out what works well for your taste buds.

  1. Get a medium mixing bowl. Add your eggs, fresh cream, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce. Mix all these ingredients together.
  2. Now to prepare the tomato and feta cheese. Cut both into small size pieces.
  3. Next add your e.v. olive oil to a frying pan and make sure that you have a small going.
  4. Add your mixed egg, tomato, and feta cheese and make it into an omelet.
  5. Now that you are done, add your finished omelet to a plate. Now slowly pour your tomato sauce on the top middle of the omelet. Now your done and ready to serve.
