Spaghetti Salad 日本語でスパサラ

Here’s an easy to make and very tasty recipe called Spaghetti Salad. I usually have the kids make this after I get all the ingredients ready for them. They always have fun make this for dinner and it’s usually a Japanese home dish regularly made weekly. So let’s get started with what we need.
  • 100g of spaghetti
  • ½ small size apple
  • 1 egg
  • 4 slices of ham
  • ½ small size onion
  • 1½ tbsp of mayonnaise
  • salt (preference for the spaghetti when boiling)

  1. First we need to boil our spaghetti and add your salt. (I usually add about 2 pinches of salt.)
  2. Next we need to cut our apple into small pieces and boil our egg.
  3. Now your spaghetti and egg are finish boiling. We need to take the shell off the egg and cut into small pieces.
  4. We are almost done, now get a mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients and mix with your hands. Once this is done, you are ready to serve.
