Fried Ground Pork with Asparagus ひき肉とアスパラの炒め物

Good Afternoon Everyone, I hope that everyone’s weekend is going great. Well, today is Day 27 of my 100 Recipes for 100 days post and today’s Japanese Cooking Recipe is called Fried Ground Pork with Asparagus or ひき肉とアスパラの炒め物 in Japanese. A very delicious recipes for a main course meal and easy to prepare. Well, let’s get start with what we need to make our Fried Ground Pork with Asparagus dish.
  • 200g ground pork
  • 2 bunch asparagus
  • 2 deep-fried tofu (abura-age)
  • salt
  • A:
  • ½ cup dashi stock
  • 2 tbsp sake
  • 1½ soy sauce
  • a little of salt
  • 1 tbsp Potato starch-add water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  1. Place the deep-fried tofu in a sieve, pour on boiling water to remove excess oil and cut into 1 ㎝ lengthwise.
  2. Cut the asparagus into 4 ㎝ length diagonal cut.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan ;add the ground pork and stir-fry, season briefly with salt. Add the asparagus and frying together for about 2min.
  4. Add the deep-fried tofu and “A”, fry-simmer and finally add the potato starch-add water, and cook briefly.
