Well, let’s get started with what we need to make our Miso Soup with Cabbage and Onion.
  • 1 leaf cabbage
  • ¼ onion
  • 400 cc dashi stock
  • 1½ tbsp miso

  1. Cut the cabbage and onion into 1㎝ pieces. Pour the dashi stock in a pan, and bring to the boil. Add the cabbage and onion. When the miso gradually into the soup, the individual bowl.
