Good Morning Everyone, another beautiful weekend here In Japan. The kids are outside playing, the hubby is on the other computer and I’m working on my blog. Today’s Japanese Cooking Recipe is called Natto with Pickled Plum or 梅納豆 in Japanese. Everyone in the family loves natto, except the hubby. I have tried to make different type of Cooking Recipes using natto, but the hubby will not eat it. Due to the smell of it, I keep telling him that this is very health for the body. He just said, “I see”. Lol this is very easy to make and very health as I said before. Give Natto a try; you should be able to find this in any Japanese Store. Enjoy. Well, let’s see what we need to make our Natto with Pickled Plum.
  • 2 pack natto
  • 1 pickled plum
  • ½ tsp sesame

  1. Take off the seed of pickled plum and cut into mince. Put the natto in a bowl, add the pickled plum, and mix well. Sprinkle the sesame on top.
