Good Morning Everyone, I hope that everyone had a great weekend. We are getting closer to the end of the year and a lot of Season Holidays are coming up. I know I will be busy in the kitchen this year again. Oh well. Today’s Japanese Cooking Recipe is called Fried Carrot with Sprouts or にんじんともやしの炒め物 in Japanese. This is a very healthy Side dish for any main course meals and very easy to make. I hope that you enjoy this recipe. Well, let’s see what we need to make our Fried Carrot with Sprouts.
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 red chili
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ pack sprout
  • salt and pepper

  1. Peel the carrot and cut into thinly strips. Mush the garlic, cut the red chili into half and remove the seeds.
  2. Put the olive oil, and garlic into a frying pan over a low heat. When it start to smell good, add the red chili and carrot, and fry.
  3. When becomes the carrot soften, add the sprout and fry briefly and a just the flavor with salt and pepper.
