- 300g strawberries
- 180g sugar
- Cut the strawberries in half. Place the strawberries and half of sugar in a pot, and bring to the boil over low heat, and boiling with crushed strawberries.
- When it becomes to the boil, simmer while skimming off foam for about 2-3 min, and add the remaining sugar, continue simmer for about 5-6 min.
- Transfer the strawberries jam, into the bottle of scald while hot, with covered. let stand cool with upside down the bottle.
I like different kinds of jam. Thanks for their recipes. Easy berry jam is my favourite. It is nice to visit this recipe site as there are always new different recipes available here. So however I visit this site.
