Soy Beans and Kidney Bean Salad 大豆とさやいんげんのサラダ

I have to apologize; it looks like I missed a post on the 7th of this month of my 100 recipe for 100 days Challenge. So I’m really sorry for that, to all the people who followed me on this challenge. This will be my 99th post and tomorrow will be my 100th post for 100 days. More on this on the weekend. Let’ see what we need to make our Soy Bean and Kidney Bean Salad, shall we.
  • 140g boiled soy beans
  • 20 kidney bean
  • 90g bacon
  • ½ lemon juice

  1. Boil the kidney bean and cut into 1㎝ pieces.(Same soy beans size).
  2. Cut the bacon into 1㎝ pieces, and fry with a little of olive oil until crispy.
  3. Place the soy beans, kidney beans and bacon in a bowl and mix, add the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
