Seafood Paella シーフードパエリア

Today’s Japanese Cooking Recipe is called Seafood Paella or シーフードパエリア in Japanese. This is a very delicious dish for a main course for the family; my kids and hubby love this dish. It’s very easy to make and I hope you enjoy make this. Let’s see what we need to make our Seafood Paella.
  • 3 cup rice
  • 1 squid
  • 6-8 middle size shrimps
  • 250g clams
  • ¼ cup oil
  • ½ onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Sauce:
  • 1 cup canned tomato
  • 2 consommé cube
  • oil
  • 3 tbsp white wine or sake
  • salt and pepper

  1. Wash the rice , and cut the squid into round about 1㎝ thick, wash shrimp and clams.
  2. Cut the onion and garlic into mince.
  3. Heat ¼ cup oil and add the garlic and onion, and fry, add the rice and sea food into a pan and fry, then transfer the rice and seafood into a rice cooker.
  4. Make to sauce, use same pan, add the oil, canned tomato, consommé cube white wine or sake, salt and pepper.
  5. Fill the rice cooker with the sauce to the 3 line, cook for about 30 min.
