Simmered Ground Beef and White Radish 大根のそぼろ煮

Serves: 4

  • 150g ground beef
  • ¼ white radish
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 200 cc dashi stock
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  1. Cut the white radish, into slice and thick rectangles.
  2. Heat the oil in a pot, and stir- fry the ground beef, and add soy sauce and leave it until lightly parched.
  3. Add the white radish and continue to stir- fry, add the dashi stock, sugar, and soy sauce porch until the stock is gone and let stand cool. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with SANSHO pepper your taste.
