Then this recipe is for you, it’s very delicious and very easy to make. This is great on the those cold night and you want to eat something lite.   • 250g edamame-green-soy beans
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • salt for boil the edamame
  • salt and pepper for season

  1. Boil the edamame in salted hot water until tender, and drain. Place the edamame in grind bowl, and grind until smooth.
  2. Add the yogurt and milk mix well, adds the salt and pepper then seasoning.
  3. Let stand cool in refrigerator.
