Spaghetti with Cod Roe たらこスパゲティー

Well, back to the cooking. Today’s Japanese Cooking Style is called Spaghetti with Cod Roe or たらこスパゲティー in Japanese. We haven’t had Spaghetti in a while so I decided to make this dish last night because it was easy to make and we had just a pack of Cod Roe yesterday afternoon from the fish market. (My just love Cod Roe.) Enjoy Let’s see what we need to make our Spaghetti with Cod Roe.
  • 200g spaghetti
  • 80g cod roe(TARAKO)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • striped nori seaweed

  1. Place the cod roe (peel the thin skin) into a bowl, add the butter and mayonnaise, mix well.
  2. Boil the spaghetti (following the instruction on the package), when the boiled spaghetti, transfer to bowl of “1”, and mix well.
  3. Arrange the spaghetti in a dish, sprinkle the nori seaweed. And garnish with lemon your taste.
