  • 300g chicken tight
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 knob ginger juice
  • ¼ cabbage
  • ½ bunch mitsuba(japanese honey wort)
  • flour
  • vegetable oil( for deep fry)
  • Dressing:
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp milk

  1. Cut the chicken into bite size, and sprinkle the soy sauce and ginger juice, let stand for about 20 min.
  2. Wash the cabbage, and drain. Cut the mitsuba into 3㎝ lengths pieces. Combine the ingredients of dressing.
  3. Coat the chicken with flour, and deep-fry at 170℃.
  4. Arrange the cabbage, mitsuba, and deep-fried chicken on a dish, and pour over the dressing.
