Cucumber and Celery with Chili Oil きゅうりとセロリのラー油和え

Serves: 4

  • 2 cucumber
  • 1 celery
  • a little of salt
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tbsp chili oil

  1. Peel the cucumber and cut into half and 4-5㎝ lengths strips. Peel the celery and cut in same size with cucumber.
  2. Place the cucumber and celery into a bowl, and add a little of salt and let stand few minutes.
  3. Drain the cucumber and celery and add the vinegar, sugar and chili oil and toss.
