Good Afternoon Everyone, hope you enjoying your weekend.  We stayed up very late to watch USA vs. Ghana, which starts at 3am our time.  We just woke up about an hour ago; we were hoping that USA go to the best 8.  It seems it didn’t go their way.  Well, we hope Japan advance to the best 8 this week.

Chicken and Celery with Grain Mustard チキンとセロリの粒マスタード和え

Well, today on Cooking Japanese Style we have a recipe called Chicken and celery with Grain Mustard or チキンとセロリの粒マスタード和え in Japanese. This is a very delicious recipe that the whole family will enjoy, for my family as I always say before they are chicken eaters. So any meal with chicken they love. This is very easy to make also. Enjoy Let’s see what we need to make our Chicken and Celery with Grain Mustard.
  • 2 fillets chicken breast
  • 2 celery
  • 1½ tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp grain mustard
  • ½ lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
  2. Remove the threads from celery’s stem part and cut into 2㎝ wide pieces and cut the leaf part of one celery into chop.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the chicken and celery and fry. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Put the grain mustard and lemon juice into a bowl and mix. Add the fried chicken and celery and toss well.
