Crispy Deep-Fried Egg カリカリ卵フライ

Serves: 4

  • 8 eggs
  • ¼ cabbage
  • 4 leaves green perilla
  • vegetable oil for deep fry
  • bread crumbs

  1. Cut the cabbage and green perilla into thinly strips and place it in a plate.
  2. Pour the oil in a frying pan for 5㎜ height from bottom of frying pan and over a medium heat. Spread the breadcrumbs (3 tbsp.) and drop the egg on it. Sprinkle the 1 tbsp. breadcrumbs on top of egg and fry until crispy.
  3. Place the fried egg on a cabbage and green perilla, garnish with Worcestershire sauce and radish sprout.
