Pasta with Cream Sauce-Bacon and Peas ベーコンとグリンピースのクリームパスタ

Serves: 2 – 4

  • 200g pasta
  • 5 sliced bacon
  • 1 cup frozen green peas
  • small bunch of basil or Italian parsley
  • 50g cheese ( parmesan)
  • ½ lemon zest and juice
  • 100 cc fresh cream
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter

  1. Cut the bacon into thinly strips and chopped basil. If you can use blocked parmesan cheese, you can finely grated them.
  2. Bring to the boil salted water in a pan and add the pasta and cook according to the packet instructions.
  3. Heat the little of olive oil in a pan, add the bacon and cook until crispy. Add the frozen peas and stir-fry and add pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Drain the pasta in the sieve and reserving some cooking water. And add the pasta to the frying pan. Add the fresh cream, lemon zest and lemon juice and stir mix gently. Add the basil and parmesan cheese and mix. if too thick for them, Add the little of reserved cooking water.
  5. Divided the pasta in a plate and sprinkle the parmesan cheese.
