Hello Everyone.  How has your week been so far?  It’s been good so far up until today, a very gloomy day.  Cloudy, humid, and it suppose to rain very hard today.  It hasn’t yet so I’m not sure if I want to go outside.  Here’s a question for all you Foodie Bloggers,  What are your Top Foodie Blog Communities?  Where do you get your most traffic coming to your site, I mean.  I have been getting most of our traffic from Google, Facebook, and from FoodBuzz.  Any information would be great..  Have a Great weekend.

Pink Pasta ピンクパスタ

Today’s recipe n Cooking Japanese Style is a dish called Pink Pasta or ピンクパスタ in Japanese. Pink is one of my favorite colors, so I decided to try and make a pink pasta. It turned out to be very delicious, a great combo I think for me. Having my favorite color and I just love eating pasta. Enjoy and Keep on Cooking!!
  • 100g Short Pasta( your favorite)
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Mayonnaise

  1. Cut the tomato into finely chops. Place the chopped tomatoes in a bowl with tomatoes liquid; add the salt, pepper and mayonnaise and mix. Let stand cool in refrigerator.
  2. Boil the short pasta in amble water with salt and drain well.
  3. Put the short pasta into a sauce’s bowl, and mix well. If you do not taste, add the salt.
